Elias Montoya is the President and Technology Director of eManTek. He obtained his electrical engineering degree from Florida International University’s School of Engineering, where he was one of the founding officers of the Association of Cuban-American Engineers (ACE). Mr. Montoya has been a professional in the computer technology field for over 25 years, with extensive experience as a law firm technology director where he designs, develops and deploys software and hardware solutions for the legal environment. Among many of his accomplishments are the design of a paperless process and distribution system as well as a digital dictation/transcription system for a legal environment. In his career, he has written disaster prevention and recovery manuals as part of a COB plan as well as developed IT policies aligned with risk management practices. His ideas and foresight in resolving complex business problems though the use of technology is his expertise.
